REMEMBRANCE DAY OPEN HOUSE
OKANAGAN MILITARY MUSEUM

11:00am to 4:00pm
BC -- This Remembrance Day honour and remember our veterans
with an open house at the Okanagan Military Museum. Come inside and
warm up with a cup of coffee and take an opportunity to explore our
local history and heritage. Admission is by donation.
The Okanagan Military Museum serves to preserve, protect,
and present the
Okanagan Valley's proud military heritage and to honour the contribution
valley residents to our national military history. The Military Museum
significant collection of military artifacts and firearms as well as
that tell the story of the thousands of Okanagan residents who served
still serve in the armed forces.
The Kelowna Museums Society is comprised of four museums:
the Kelowna Museum, BC
Orchard Industry Museum, BC Wine Museum, and Okanagan Military Museum.
